摘要 以ZnCl2、Al2O3和Na2CO3为主要原料,采用沉积沉淀法制得纳米ZnO/Al2O3光催化剂.通过考察ZnO的担载量和焙烧时间对所得ZnO/Al2O3用于光催化降解染料ZBF性能的影响,得出ZnO的担载量为23.1%,于400℃下焙烧5 h所得ZnO/Al2O3的光催化性能较好.紫外光照射2 h,染料的脱色效率为93.85%,而在相同条件下,以ZnO为光催化剂时,染料的脱色效率仅为60.98%.ZnO/Al2O3重复使用5次后,染料的脱色效率仍高达92.96%. Using ZnCl2, Al2O3 and Na2CO3 as raw materials, ZnO/Al2O3 composite oxide was prepared by deposition-precipitation method. The effects of the reaction time and the ZnO loading amount in ZnO/ Al2O3 on their decoioration performance of ZBF under ultraviolet were investigated. The results showed that the proper ZnO loading amount was 23.1%, roasting temperature was 400℃, roasting time was 5 h. After ultraviolet light irradiation 2 h, the decolorization efficiency of ZBF was 93.85%. However, the decolorization efficiency of ZBF was 60.98% using ZnO as a photocatalyst under the same condition. The decolorization efficiency of ZBF was 92.96 % after the ZnO/Al2O3 was reused 5 times.
