摘要
以丙烯酸酯类单体和不饱和硅油大单体为聚合单体,加入改性后的纳米双羟基复合金属氧化物、乳化剂等进行种子乳液聚合制备有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂/LDH纳米复合乳液,对其成膜进行X射线衍射、透射电镜、力学性能、阻燃性能分析。结果表明,该材料为纳米复合材料,其强度和韧性等综合性能明显提高,抗氧指数达到25.6,具有优异的阻燃性。
The organosilicon modified acr5lic/LDH emulsion was prepared from acrylate, organosilicon-monomer (as monomer for polymerization), as well as nano-layered double hydroxides and emulsifier etc with emulsion polymerization methods. The samples prepared were characterized by XRD, TEM, physics and flame-retardancy capabilities testing. Results show the samples is nanocomposion. LOI is 25.6. The composition have excellent flame-retardancy, strengthening and roughing with general capability remarkably improved.
