摘要
[目的]研究以废弃澳洲坚果壳为原料的活性炭制备。[方法]采用磷酸活化法制取活性炭,通过正交试验研究制备条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响。[结果]该方法制备活性炭的适宜条件为磷酸浓度50%,浸泡时间20 h,活化温度600℃。[结论]该活性炭制备方法为废弃物的综合利用找到了新的途径。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the preparation of activated carbon with Macadamia shell. [ Method ] Activated carbon was prepared with phosphoric acid method. And the effect of preparation conditions on adsorbing capability was discussed using orthogonal design. [ Result] The result showed that the optimum absorbent manufacture process was based on the following conditions, phosphoric acid solution concentration of 50% , activation temperature of 600℃ and activation time of 20 h. [ Conclusion ] This technique provided a new way for comprehensive utilization of wastes.
