摘要
[目的]通过低温和赤霉素处理探讨柿树枝条的体眠及发芽特性。[方法]以柿树枝条为试材,设置4个低温时数处理。在2—3℃低温下分别处理5、15、25、35d,同时设置3个浓度的赤霉素液处理(100,200,300mg/L),研究不同处理方法舛柿树枝条发芽的影响。[结果]低温处理时数不同,柿树枝条发芽进度和发芽率有很大差别,其中以处理35d的柿树枝条发芽最早,处理25d的发芽率最高(63.98%)。用赤霉素处理的发芽试验中,3个浓度之间柿树枝条的发芽始期相同,发芽速度和发芽率无显著差异;但与清水浸泡对照相比,3个浓度的赤霉素处理使柿树枝条发芽始期均提前2d,发芽率也有所提高。[结论]低温处理对柿树枝条打破休眠和提高发芽率效果明显,赤霉素对柿树枝条发芽没有显著影响。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the dormancy and germination characteristic through the treatments of low temperature and gibberellin. [ Method] With the branches of persimmon tree as the tested materials, 4 periods of low temperature treatment (5, 15, 25 and 35 d at 2 -3℃ ) and 3 treatments of gibberellin with concn, of 100,200,300 mg/L were set up to study the effect of different treatment methods on the germination of persimmon tree branches. [ Result ] There was a great difference on the germination schedule and germination rate among the different periods of low temperature treatments, in which, the germination initial date of persimmon tree branches treated at low temperature for 35 d was the earliest and the germination rate of the branches treated at low temperature for 25 d was highest, being 63.98 %, In the germination test with gibberellin at 100,200,300 mg/L, the germination initial date was same and there was no obvious difference in the germination speed and rate, but compared with CK (soaking by clear water), all of gibberellin conen, treatments made the germination initial date of persimmon tree branches ahead of 2 days and increased the germination rate slightly. [ Conclusion ] The treatments of low temperature had obvious effect of breaking the dormancy and increasing the germination rate of persimmon tree branches, while gibberellin had no obvious effect on germination rate of persimmon tree branches.
