摘要
目的探讨老年妇科患者围手术期合并症与并发症的处理。方法对93例老年妇科良性疾病患者围手术期的合并症与并发症的处理进行分析。结果93例老年妇科手术患者中47例(50.54%)的病人合并有心血管疾病,11例(11.83%)合并糖尿病等疾患。术后有肺部感染、伤口脂肪液化、伤口感染伴裂开各1例,无心衰死亡发生。结论术前充分准备,治疗合并症,术中、术后严密监护,预防、处理并发症,老年女性可安全度过围手术期。
Objective To study treatment of the aged patients with gynecologic benign disease. Methods The perioperative management of 93 aged patients with gynecologic benign diseases were analyzed. Results 69.91 percent of the patients were combined with other diseases, including cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Of the 93 patients, 45.16%, 43.1 % and 9.68% were uterine prolapse, benign ovarian and uterine fibroids, respectively. Conclusion It is important to carefully prepare the operation, prevent and treat complications for the aged patients with gynecologic benign disease.
