摘要
文章分析了信息化立法的必要性,通过研究比较国内外信息化立法情况,指出了我国信息化立法的发展方向,结合《天津市信息化促进条例》立法实例,提出了地方信息化立法的目标和原则。
The necessity of informatization legislation is first discussed. On the basis of the analysis to the domestic and foreign informationization legislation, this paper has carried development tendency of informatization legislation. In view of ＂Regulations of Tianjin on Informationization Promotion＂, the goal and principle of local informatization legislation is proposed at the end of the paper.
