摘要
回转窑结圈是制约球团连续生产和工艺正常运行的瓶颈。2008年以前,程潮铁矿球团生产过程中回转窑结圈严重,极大地影响了生产的持续进行。该矿在对回转窑结圈原因进行分析的基础上,有针对性地采取了一系列措施:如加强对原料的处理,提高生球质量,规范热工工艺制度及移动煤枪等,有效地抑制了回转窑结圈,基本实现了两个月连续生产。
The kiln-ringing is always bottleneck of the consecutive pelletizing production and normal running of grate-kilncooler process. Before 2008, the kiln-ringing is very heavily and extremely affect the pelletizing production in Chenchao Iron Ore Mine. In the year 2008, on the basis of analyzing the kiln-ringing reason, a series of measures such as intensifying the raw materials preparation, improving the quality of green balls, normalizing the control of heating schedule and moving the kiln burner etc. Were adopted. As a result, the kiln-ringing was effectively avoided and two consecutive months pelletizing production was realized.
