摘要
本文拟从概算环节、设计环节、招投标环节、施工环节、结、决算环节存在的问题进行剖析,并提出对策,以期引起相关部门重视,加强政府投资项目的造价管理。
This dissertation tries to analyze the main problems and frauds that exist in the government investment projects from five aspects：project budget,project design, biding, construction, clearing and account, and put forward relevant countermeasures. The purpose of this analysis is to attract attention from correlative government departments and strengthen the cost control to the state investment projects.
