摘要
在实验室研究了高炉用单煤枪、同轴氧煤枪和双煤枪喷吹对煤粉燃烧率的影响,结果表明:双煤枪喷吹时煤粉的燃烧率明显高于单煤枪和同轴氧煤枪,并在此基础上进一步研究了双煤枪的水平夹角、圆周夹角及相对位置等参数对煤粉燃烧率的影响。随着双煤枪水平夹角的增加,煤粉燃烧率趋于提高,当达到某一值后再进一步增加,煤粉燃烧率提高的幅度会有所降低;双煤枪圆周夹角变化对煤粉燃烧率影响不大;A枪固定在基准位置,将B枪由基准位置向远离炉膛的方向适当移动,有利于煤粉燃烧率的提高。
The effect of single coal lance, concentric oxygen-coal lance and double coal lance on combustion rate of pulverized coal was studied in laboratory. The results demonstrate that combustion rate of pulverized coal of double coal lance was remarkably higher than that of single lance and concentric oxygen-coal lance. The relation between combustion of pulverized coal and construction parameters of double coal lance, such as horizontal intersection angle, circumferential angle and relative location was investigated. Combustion rate of pulverized coal was gradually improved with increasing horizontal intersection angle, but the degree of improvement was decreased when increasing horizontal intersection angle increased further after a suitable angle. Circumferential angle influenced hardly combustion rate of pulverized coal. It's beneficial to improve combustion rate of pulverized coal that A-lance was fixed while B-lance was moved away combustion chamber from reference location.
