摘要 以十二烷基硫酸钠为分散剂,甲酸铵-氨水缓冲溶液作为还原液,采用还原保护法还原硝酸银溶液制备了球形且粒度均匀的纳米银粉。采用正交试验对温度、银离子浓度、甲酸用量、十二烷基硫酸钠用量等实验条件进行了优化,并利用SEM与XRD对所制备的产品进行了表征。结果表明,最优工艺条件为:温度为80℃,银离子浓度为50 g/L,甲酸用量为银摩尔数的4倍,十二烷基硫酸钠用量为银质量的8%,此时制得的产品平均粒径为35.4 nm。 Spherical silver nano-powder was prepared via reduction of silver nitrate through the reduction-protection method. In this process, Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was employed as disperse agent and the buffer solution of ammonium formic-ammonia employed as reducing solution. The influence of Formic acid (reductant) addition, the disperse agent addition, Ag^+ ion concentration and temperature on silver nano-powder was optimized by L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment. The product prepared with this process was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results showed that the average size of the product prepared under the optimum process conditions that temperature was 80 ℃, Ag+ ion concentration was 50 g/L, the number of moles of Formic acid was equal to 4 times of the number of moles of silver, and the quality of Sodium dodecyl sulfate was 8% of the quality of silver was 35.4 nm.
