摘要
矿工的心理素质与其安全行为有密切关系。试从心理学角度分析影响煤矿安全生产的心理因素,并针对引发安全事故的心理因素提出相应的预防事故的心理学对策及其方法。
The correlation between miner psychological quality and security behavior is close. Based on psychological research , the paper thinks the psychological factors would affected the safety production in coal mines , and it is briefly analyzed , The psychological measures and the preventing measures are proposed against safety accidents emphatically .
