摘要
马钢120t转炉应用烟气分析动态控制技术冶炼低碳钢,终点碳和温度命中率达到88.6%,实现不倒炉直接出钢新模式。与倒炉测温取样补吹出钢传统模式相比,其冶炼周期缩短4~6min,钢水终点φ(O)低(200-300)×10^-6终点w(P)≤0.012%,终点w(S)≤0.015%,残w(Mn)高0.03%~0.05%,喷溅率小于4%,吨钢石灰消耗小于50kg。
The off-gas dynamic control system was applied on Masteel 120 t BOF to produce low carbon steel,the hit ratio of end temperature and carbon can reach to 88.6% ,and the direct tapping was realized. Compared with conventional tapping pattern, the tap to tap time reduce 4- 6 min, the activity oxygen at the end point reduce (200 - 300)× 10^-6 , the end phosphorus was less than 0. 012% ,the end sulfur was less than 0. 015 %, the residue w([Mn]) increase 0. 03 %-0. 05%, the sloping ratio was less than 4%, the consumption of lime was less than 50 kg/t.
