摘要
基于前人的研究的成果,文章构建了企业组织学习对组织绩效影响关系的理论框架。文章采用结构方程模型(SEM)方法,通过对浙江省制造型企业的实证研究,清晰、完整的勾勒出组织学习、知识获取、组织创新与组织绩效间的关系。实证研究结果表明:制造业企业组织学习对组织绩效没有直接影响,而是通过知识获取和组织创新能力的提升间接地对组织绩效产生正向影响。
Based on the results of previous studies, the article constructs the theoretical framework of enterprise organizational learning' s impact on organizational performance. Using structural equation modeling ( SEM), through the positive study of manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province, the article clearly and completely outlines the relationships among organizational learning, knowledge acquisition, organizational innovation and the organizational performance. The positive results show that manufacturing enterprises organizational learning has no direct impact on organizational performance, but indirectly produces positive effects on organizational performance by the enhancement of knowledge acquisition and organizational innovation ability.
