摘要
在中小企业技术创新影响因素模型和"成长-创新"模型的基础上,以我国126家中小上市公司为样本的实证表明:技术人员投入越多、研发技改投入越多、创新转化效率越高的中小企业,其技术创新能力越强;但技术创新能力越强的中小企业,其成长性并不一定越高。因为在我国中小企业技术创新各个影响因素中,创新转化效率最为欠缺;同时,我国广大中小企业目前的技术创新水平没有对其成长性产生应有的作用,应加强"研-产-销"协同效应;最后,基于市场销售的成长战略定位不会带来持续成长,广大中小企业应转变为基于技术创新的成长战略定位。
Based on the tech -innovation factors model and growth -innovation model for SMEs, the empirical study on 126 Listed SMEs in China shows that the more SMEs input tech staff and R&D or tech improvement, and the effectiveness of innovation transformation is, the better tech - innovation of SMEs is. But tech - innovation does not influence SMEs' growth significantly on the examples examined. Among all the tech - innovation factors, SMEs are not good at innovation transformation mostly. Further more, tech - innovation didn' t contribute enough growth to SMEs which it should. It is indispensable for SMEs to strengthen "research - produce - sell" synergy. At last, sales -oriented growth strategic direction couldn't bring sustained growth, so SMEs need to switch to tech -innovation -oriented growth strategic direction.
