摘要 醉酒度是指饮酒后,对人的精神激活的程度,既要满足美好的享受,又不至于影响工作,影响健康;要求酒入口时不辣嘴,不刺喉,醇和爽净,谐调自然,饮酒过程醉得慢,醒得快,酒后不口干,不上头;感觉清新舒适。影响醉酒度的因素很多,如饮酒人群的结构、饮酒人的身体状况、饮酒量、饮酒习惯、饮酒时的思想情绪、酒体成分及各成分间的比例关系等。 Drunken degree refers to people's excitement degree after liquor drinking:. Ideal drunken degree means that drinking could bring peo- ple wonderful enjoy and not influence people's work and damage people's health. Accordingly, liquor should have soft and clean taste (not spicy, drunken slowly and sober up quickly) and harmonious aftertaste. There are many factors influencing drunken degree such as drinkers' structure, drinker's physical conditions, drinking amount, drinking habits, the emotional feeling during drinking, the compositions of liquor body, and the proportioning of liquor compositions etc. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
