摘要
当前,人们的心理健康问题越来越受到严重的关注,大学生作为中国社会文化层次较高的一个特殊人群,其心理显示出越来越多的问题,因此,大学生心理健康教育势在必行。在描述了大学生心理健康教育的基础上,分析了大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,并提出了构建大学生心理健康教育新模式:转变观念;加强心理健康教育课程改革和教材建设;加强大学生心理健康教育队伍建设;健全心理健康教育机制。
In modern society, people＇ s mental health problems more serious concern, a university student of China＇ s social and cultural level as high a special crowd, the show more and more psychological problems, therefore, a university student mental health education is imperative . This paper describes the mental health education students on the basis of mental health education＇students the existing problems and proposed building a new college students psychological health education model： change their ideas to enhance mental health education curriculum reform and building materials to enhance students Mental Health Education ranks; sound psychological health education mechanism.
