从环境材料学思考我国的材料热处理发展战略 被引量:2

摘要 面对美国热处理路线图提出的挑战,从战略高度推动我国材料热处理的发展,宜借鉴环境材料学的理论创新,吸引全社会最广泛的关注和互动;树立资源无限循环利用概念,加快在支柱产业材料、大宗结构材料方面的率先开发;以节能、环保、清洁生产为目标,促进突出环节中传统工艺和设备的变革;同时在法规制度建设方面和人才培养方面联合采取措施。 In order to accept a challenge of the "Heat Treating Technology Roadmap" proposed by the Heat Treatment Society of American Society of Metal and to promote the development of materials and heat treatment from the strategy in China,it is advisable to use the theoretical innovation of eco-material science for reference as well as to thereafter attract the attention and result in mutual action of the whole society, to establish a concept of circulative utilization of resources, to take the the development of materials for backbone industries and mass structural materi- als as first, to take energy-saving and environment protecton and clean production as a target, to thus urge the transformation of traditional heat treatment process and equipment, in the meawhile, to take the countermeasures in the establishment of laws and regulation and in the professional traning.
