极低出生体重儿有关影响因素初步分析 被引量:1

Preliminary Analysis on Influencing Factors of Very Low Birth Weight Neonate

摘要 目的探讨极低出生体重儿发生的有关影响因素。方法分析66例极低出生体重儿的一般情况、产科及母孕期情况。采用多元逐步回归分析对66例极低出生体重儿母亲年龄、地域,多胎妊娠,孕周,胎盘早剥,胎膜早破,妊娠高血压综合征,母亲贫血,羊水异常,母亲心血管疾病等与极低出生体重的关系进行分析。结果孕周小于等于32周62.1%,胎膜早破51.5%,多胎妊娠31.8%,母亲贫血31.8%,妊娠高血压综合征24.2%,羊水异常13.6%,胎盘早剥9.1%,母亲心血管疾病4.5%。孕周,妊娠高血压综合征,羊水异常是极低出生体重发生的重要影响因素。结论加强孕期保健,早期诊断及防治妊娠期合并症及并发症有利于预防和减少极低出生体重儿的发生。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of very low birth weight neonate. Methods Commonly complexion (General wellness), tocology, gestation complexion of 66 very low birth weight neonates and mothers were examined. Age and section of mother, twin gestation, gestation week. premature placenta separation, premature perforation of membrane, pregnancy induced hypertension, anemia of mother, abnormity of amnionic fluid, mother CV disease were studied by multiple regression analysis. Results Gestation week less than 32 weeks was 62. 1%, premature membrane perforation was 51.5 %. twin gestation was 31.8 %, anemia of mother was 31.8 %, pregnancy induced hypertension was 24.2 %, abnormity of amnionic fluid was 13.6 %, premature 01acenta separation was 9. t %, and CV disease of mother was 4.5 %. Gestation week, pregnancy induced hypertension, abnormity of amnionic fluid were important influencing factors of very low birth weight neonate. Conclusions Intensifying health care of gestation, early diagnosing, preventing and managing gestation abnormalities, would be benefit to prevent and reduce the incidence of very low birth weight neonate.
