摘要 提出了一种模拟件技术并结合少数构件试验评价构件寿命可靠性的方法.以某型发动机一级压气机轮盘为对象,应用该方法进行了关键部位榫槽的模拟件设计和低循环疲劳寿命考核试验.模拟件低循环疲劳寿命可靠性试验技术的结果表明,该方法为航空发动机真实构件寿命可靠性评价提供了一种新的途径. The number of specimen in low cycle fatigue test of aero-engine component is small, making it difficult to confirm the reliable life. On the basis of before mentioned circs, the factors affecting the component low cycle fatigue life were investigated. A new type of method combining with simulated specimen and tests of a few components was researched to evaluate the real component life and reliability. With this method, simulated specimen of 1^st compressor disk slot of aero engine was designed and low cycle fatigue life was assessed. The resuh shows that, the experimental simulation technology of low cycle fatigue life and relia bility provides a new method for evaluation of life and reliability in real aero-engine component.
