摘要
为进一步提高稗草生防潜力菌HGE的杀草活性,本文采用紫外诱变的方法对该菌种进行改良。结果表明:经筛选获得2株产孢量提高的突变菌株M3和M7。其中M3在培养14 d后的产孢量比出发菌株HGE提高了21.3%,对稗草株高、植株鲜重和干重的抑制率分别提高了20.9%,12.0%和24.7%。作物安全性试验发现M3对水稻等6种作物安全。RAPD-PCR结果显示,突变菌株M3的遗传物质已经发生了改变。
For improving the herbicidal activity of HGE which was evaluated as a potential bioherbicide for biological control of Echinochloa species in rice, we screened two mutant strains M3 and M7 with UV mutant breeding method. The results showed that the conidia yield of M3 was 21% higher than that of HGE after 14 days cultivation. And compared with HGE, M3 increased inhibition rate to plant height, wet weight and dry. weight of barnyard grass by 20.9 %, 12.0 % and 24-. 7 %, respectively. Crop safety assessment found that M3 was safe to rice and other five crops. Further RAPD-PCR analysis suggested that M3 genetic substance was actually different from that of HGE.
