摘要
目的了解军队三甲医院各类医务人员的工作满意度现状,以便医院管理部门采取相应的措施提高医务人员工作积极性,从而更好地为患者提供高质量的医疗服务。方法对某军队三甲医院医务人员286名进行问卷调查,问卷采用明尼苏达满意度问卷(MSQ)。结果该医院医务人员总体工作满意度中等,其中不同岗位、不同学历、不同职称、不同类别的医务人员工作满意度均存在显著性差异。结论岗位、学历、职称、工作类别是工作满意度的重要影响因素。
Objective To study the job satisfaction of medical personnel in a certain grade A class three military hospital. Based, on the result, administrants can take some corresponding methods to improve job satisfaction of medical personnel, which will en courage them to provide better service to patients. Methods MSQ (mental status questionaire) was used to investigate 268 medical personnel in a certain grade A class three military hospital. Results The job satisfaction of medical personnel was medium. There were significant differences among the job satisfaction of different stations, different education backgrounds, different professional titles, and different kinds of medical personnel. Conclusion Stations, educational backgrounds, professional titles and kinds all have great impacts on the job satisfaction of medical personnel.
