摘要
对酶解蝇蛆低聚几丁糖抗烟草黑胫病菌(phytophthora nicotiana)及其作用机制进行了初步研究。结果表明,酶解蝇蛆低聚几丁糖对烟草黑胫病菌菌丝形态、产孢能力具有重要影响,引起菌丝生长扭曲、细小以及分支膨大,同时可抑制游动孢子囊的产生。烟苗经过酶解蝇蛆低聚几丁糖处理后,再接种烟草黑胫病菌,酶解蝇蛆低聚几丁糖能够诱导接种烟株对烟草黑胫病产生抗性,过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)同工酶活性增强,喷施酶解蝇蛆低聚几丁糖后接种病原菌的烟株,同工酶表现为酶带较多、色浓。由此可认为酶解蝇蛆低聚几丁糖抗烟草黑胫病与此两种同工酶有关。
The resistance of enzymolytic chitooligosaccharides from housefly larvae against Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae (P. parasitica) and the mechanism of that were studied preliminarily. The results showed that ehitooligosaccharides greatly affected the morphology of mycelia and sporiparous ability of P. para- sitica, which resulted in hyphal distortion, stunt, and swollen branches, at the same time, inhibited zoosporangia production. The tobacco seedling treated with chitooligosaeeharides prior to P. parasitica inoculation obtains induced resistance against tobacco black shank, and the activities of isoenzymes peroxidase (POD) and polyphenoloxidase (PPO) in tobacco plant increase significantly, pathogen inoculation after chitooligosaccharides spraying causes that the isoenzymes in tobacco plants had more enzyme bands and deep in colour. Therefore, it is considered that the resistance of enzymolytic chitooligosaceharides from housefly larvae against black shank is related to these two isoenzymes.
