摘要 以SK型静态混合器为研究对象,运用激光多普勒测速仪对混合管出口速度进行测量。结果表明,流体离开混合元件后,混合元件作用于流体形成的旋涡还将维持一段距离,在离开混合管出口约3/8~3/4元件长度后才完全消失,在此之前对径向混合仍有一定强化作用;而混合元件对流体湍动的强化作用在流体离开混合元件后能持续更长距离,脉动均方根与湍流强度在离混合管出口一个混合元件长度范围内衰减较快,而后逐渐减缓,在离混合管出口4~5倍混合元件长度后才恢复到入口水平;速度脉动均方根在轴向与径向上衰减较快而在切向上衰减相对缓慢。 The velocity at the exit of the hybrid tube of a SK-type static mixer was measured using a Laser Doppler Velocimeter ( LDV). The result shows that the spiral vortex of the fluid formed with the action of the mixed element shall be kept for a distance after the flow leaves the mixed element, the spiral vortex shall completely disappear after it leaves the exit of the hybrid tube for a length of 3/8 - 3/4 of the mixed element, the radial mixing can be still strengthened by the spiral vortex during the time. The intensified action of the mixed element on the flow turbulent can be kept for a longer distance after the flow leaves the mixed element, the root-mean-square of the pulse velocity and the turbulent strength are fast attenuated in the range of one length of the mixed element from the exit of the hybrid tube, later their attenuations become slow, their attenuations can be recovered to the level at the exit in the range of four to five lengths of the mixed element from the exit of the hybrid tube. The attenuation of the root-mean-square of the pulse velocity is fast at radial direction, and comparatively slow at the tangential direction.
