摘要
知识产权作为一门高度整合的专业学科,牵涉到科技、管理、法律等诸多领域,具有很强的复合性。在当今知识经济时代,知识产权是衡量国家核心竞争力的重要指标之一。随着我国的改革开放,尤其是处在WTO机制下的知识产权领域,对人才培养的质量和数量都提出了更高要求。对德国知识产权人才培养方面的法律、历史沿革、培养模式等进行了概括而系统的介绍,在此基础上,根据我国知识产权教育的现状对我国如何推动知识产权人才培养提出了探讨性的建议。
intellectual property as a highly integrated professional disciplines, involves technology, management, legal and many other areas, is highly complex. In today's era of the knowledge economy, intellectual property rights is a measure of core national competitiveness one of the key indicators. As China's reform and opening up, especially in the WTO mechanism under the field of intellectual property, personnel training on the quality and quantity have put forward higher requirements. In this paper, the German personnel training in intellectual property law, Histo- ry, the training mode to carry out a summary and systematic introduction, on the basis of this, according to China's intellectual property education in how to promote the status quo of China's IPR personnel training of the proposed study.
