摘要
为建立科学、实用和可操作性的评标模型,通过工程实例验证,在分析常用建设工程项目评标方法利弊的基础上,运用模糊综合评判法对非定量的评标因素用隶属度和权重来合理定量分析,以达到对评标结果的公正性、公平性与合法性.模糊综合评判法融合了工程项目评标定性与定量方法的优势,为达到评标初衷提供较为可行的办法,具有较强理论与现实意义.
In order to set up the bid-evaluating model which is scientific applied and exercisable, using the fuzzy synthetical evaluation method that is based on analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of construction project evaluation to achieve the fair-and-square and legitimate result. The method of the fuzzy synthetical evaluation in the construction project can achieve the original intention of the bidding-evaluation by integrating the advantage of both qualitative method and quantificational method in construction project.
