摘要 采用动电位扫描法研究了碱性条件下氯离子浓度、pH值、PO_4^(3-)和NO_2^-两种缓蚀性离子对Q235钢缝隙腐蚀行为的影响。研究表明,碱性条件下氯离子对缝隙腐蚀有极强的促进作用,溶液pH值变化对缝隙腐蚀影响较小,PO_4^(3-)对缝隙腐蚀可以起到抑制作用,并且PO_4^(3-)的缓蚀作用明显大于NO_2^-。 Crevice corrosion is an important type of severe localized corrosion. Under alkali conditions, the effect of Cl^-concentration, pH and two anions on crevice corrosion of Q235 carbon steel was studied by potentiodynamic polarization method. The results showed that the concentration of Cl^- had great influence on crevice corrosion, with increase of concentration of Cl^-, the crevice corrosion was accelerated intensely. While accretion of pH reduced crevice corrosion only a little. Compared with NO2^-, PO4^3- could restrain crevice corrosion more effectively.
