摘要
依据罗克韦尔自动化的三层网络的网络控制结构,分析了基于设备网的电机控制系统,并结合系统对系统硬件和软件加以论述。将工业现场的最底层设备只需通过一条与设备层兼容的网线将现场的数据送到网络上,控制器通过适当的路径到该层上采集数据,经过软件编程实现PID控制,再送回现场电机系统,控制方式灵活,通信效率高。
This paper analyses the character of controlling system of Motor based on the network control structure of Rockwell Automation's three-layer network,it analyses hardware and software of system by connecting system,It will send data at the bottom equipment of Industry only through a compatible network with the equipmental floor to network,the controller collect data of the layer through the appropriate path,it realize PID control through software program.it has flexible control,and high communicating efficiency.
