摘要
建立了一套液相催化加氢模试系统,为工业化装置的设计提供实验数据,模试装置主反应器设计容积20 L,压力6.4MPa,温度300℃。系统主要由反应器、进样系统、采样系统、催化剂回收系统、加热系统、冷却系统、控制系统组成。该系统具有以下特点:主反应器采用杭州原正化学工程技术装备有限公司专利自吸式搅拌器,可提供较大的气液接触面积和反应速率;在线采样系统可以取得不含催化剂的样品;催化剂回收系统可进行催化剂的回收利用;PLC控制系统可对反应温度、压力、氢气流量、冷却水流量、冷却上下水温度进行控制和记录。本模试系统能为液相催化加氢技术的工业化提供重要的动力学和热力学数据。
A simulative system for liquid catalytic hydrogenation is established and which provides data for industrial unit design. The volume of the reactor is 20 L, which can be used at pressure up to 6.4 MPa and temperature up to 300℃. The system is composed of a set of reactor, feeding system, sampling system, catalyst recovery system, heating system, cooling system and control system. The apparatus makes a feature of gas-liquid interfacial area and reaction rate which are effectively increased by using gas-inducing impeller, the sample obtained without catalyt; recycling catalyt by the catalyst recovery system; controlling and recording the reaction temperature, reaction pressure, hydrogen flow rate, cooling water flow rate, cooling water and cooling water return temperature by the PLC control system. The simulative system can provide important kinetic and thermodynamic data for the industrial application of liquid catalytic hydrogenation technology.
