摘要 采用正交试验法对单孔夹片式锚具进行弹塑性有限元分析,通过25组试验获得了锚圈半锥角α、夹片与锚圈之间的摩擦因数f和接触高度h对锚圈轴向变形量的影响,以锚圈轴向变形量最小为目标,寻得了本模型的最佳结构设计参数:α=9°、f=0.02、h=40mm。 The orthogonal experiment and elastic - plastic finite element method are used to analyze the mono - strand anchorage. Through 25 groups of experiments, the influence of the half cone angle α of the anchor head, the coefficient of friction f and the contact height h between the clip pieces and anchor head on the axial deformation of the anchor head is obtained. Aiming at the minimum of the axial deformation of the anchor head, the optimum design parameters of the model are acquired, that is: α = 9°, f= 0. 02 and h = 40 mm.
