摘要
为比较抗菌药物对临床分离葡萄球菌的作用,我们采用琼脂双倍稀释法测定了30种抗菌药物对240株金葡萄球菌和211株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果万古霉素和去甲万古霉素对所有菌株的抑菌率达100%。多数药物对甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌作用良好,苯唑西林、头孢替安、头孢唑林、利福平、亚胺培南和异帕米星的抑菌率均在95%~100%。多数药物对甲氧西林耐药葡萄球菌作用差,但替考拉宁、利福平和异帕米星对MRSA的抑菌率较高,分别为98.5%,94.3%和92.3%。对耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌抑菌率较高的有奈替米星(86.6%),异帕米星(85.7%),利福平(81.3%)和阿米卡星(69.6%)。
This experiment was undertaken to compare the activity of 30 antibacterial agents against staphylococci isolated clinically. Two hundred forty strains of S.aureus and 211 strains of coagulasenegative staphylococcus were collected and identified. Minimal inhibitory concentrations of the antibacterial agents against the ioslates were determined by agar dilution method. The results showed that vancomycin and norvancomycin could inhibit all isolates tested. Most of the durgs were active against methicillinsensitive staphylococcus. The inhibition rates of oxacillin, cefotiam, cefazolin, rifampin, imipenem and isepamicin were from 95% to 100%. Most of the inhibition rates of the tested agents for methicillinresistant staphylococcus were lower than 50%. But teicoplanin, rifampin and isepamicin were active against MRSA isolates with inhibition rates of 98.5%, 94.3% and 92.3% respectively. The inhibition rates of netilmicin (86.6%), isepamicin (85.7%), rifampin (81.3%) and amikacin (69.6%) for methicillinresistant coagulasenegative staphylococcus isolates were relatively higher.
