摘要
目的了解氟中毒状态下实验动物的晶体形态学改变。方法以75~100mg/L的氟化钠溶液造成Wistar鼠的氟中毒,并以正常饮水大鼠作为对照组,在供毒后的1、2、4、6个月进行晶体的形态学观察。结果82.1%(23/28)的氟中毒大鼠晶体出现了程度不同的前囊下、皮质及核的混浊,而对照组仅为10.5%(2/19)的大鼠晶体出现了皮质及核的混浊,但无前囊下混浊,且程度较轻,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实验状态下出现的晶体形态学改变说明氟中毒与白内障具有较强的相关性。
ObjectiveTo prove the correlation between animal fluorine poisoning and cataract by examing the morphological changes in Wistar rat lenses in experimental poisoning conditions.MethodsSodium fluoride solution(75100 mg/L) was used for poisoning of Wistar rats.Normal water was drunk by the rats for the control.Morphological investigations on the rats lenses were made at 1,2,4 and 6 mon after the poisoning,respectively.ResultsTurbidity took place in different degrees in the posterior part of the front capsule,cortex and nucleus of the lenses of 82.1%(23/28) in the fluorinepoisoned rats group.Low degree turbidity in the cortex and nucleus of the lenses was found in only 10.5%(2/19) of rats.No turbidity was found at all in the posterior part of the front capsule in the control group.The statistical difference between the two groups was very significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThe correlation between the fluorine poisoning and cataract has been proved both by clinical epidemiology and by lab examination.
