The failures in the application of large en mass conveyor, bucket elevator and belt conveyor were analyzed. Correct design, selecting high quality steel, allocating credible transition, drive device and protective device, improving the level of manufacture, test and assembling, reducing the error from manufacture, test and assembling, should be conformed so as to ensure the credible performance of these conveyors.
