摘要
本文合成了3,5-二溴水杨醛缩牛磺酸席夫碱铜配合物,以其作为中性载体,研制了柠檬酸根离子PVC膜电极。以电位的能斯特响应特性为考察指标,研究了配合物中性载体类型、用量,缓冲溶液的pH值,柠檬酸根离子浓度对电极响应性能的影响,当3,5-二溴水杨醛缩牛磺酸席夫碱铜配合物载体用量为3.5%,缓冲溶液pH值为5.20时,柠檬酸根离子浓度在1.0×10^-1~1.0×10^-6mol·L^-1范围内,电极的能斯特响应最好,斜率为-43.5mV/dec(25℃),检测下限为6.3×10^-7mol·L^-1,加标回收率在93.5%~105%之间。同时初步探讨了柠檬酸根阴离子与中性载体的作用机理。
A polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane citrate ion selective electrode based on schiff - base complexes derived from 3,5 - dibromosalieyladehyde - taurine and ion of copper as neutral carrier wasdeveloped in the paper. Using the Nernstian response of potential as the target, the affect of various type complexes, various contents of neutral carrier, pH value of buffer solution and citrate ion concentration on response characteristics of the electrodes were studied. The electrode exhibited good Nernstian response characteristics under contents of neutral carrier for 3.5% , pH value of buffer solution for 5.20 and citrate ion from 1.0 × 10^-1 to 1.0 × 10^-6mol·L^-1. The liner slope is -43.5mV/dec with a detection limit 6.3 × 10^-7mol·L^-1 in pH 5.0 at 25℃ and recovery rates ranging is from 93.5% to 105%. The interaction mechanism was discussed between the neutral cartier citrate ion initially.
