摘要
无故障码故障的诊断带有一定的盲目性,是发动机维修中的一个难点。依据混合气浓度的自学习控制策略,通过分析不同故障下氧传感器信号电压、每转喷油时间、循环喷油时间、进气量、φ_(at)控制值等数据之间的关系,提出了基于数据流的发动机无故障码故障的诊断方法,并给出了典型案例。
No code breakdown diagnosis has the certain blindness, so it is a difficulty in engine service. Based on the self - learning control strategy of the mixture, through analyzing the oxygen sensor signal voltage, the blow time per transfer, the blow time per circulation, φat data and so on, we proposed engine failure diag- nosis method based on the data stream, and took forward the typical case.
