摘要
甲醛是非常规排放物中的主要成分,用气相色谱仪检测和分析了ZS195柴油机燃用DME燃料甲醛非常规排放物。结果表明,甲醛的排放量随转速上升而略有上升,随负荷增加而不同程度的减少;此外,适当减小供油提前角,减小喷孔直径都有利于减少甲醛的排放量,而增加启喷压力则导致甲醛排放量显著增加。
HCHO is the majority of unregulated emissions. HCHO unregulated emission from a ZS195 diesel engine fueled with DME are measured and analyzed by GAS Chromatography. The analysis of experiment effects have showed that the emissions of HCHO slightly increase as the rotate speed increased, and decrease to some different extent as the load increases. Moreover, appropriately reducing the advance angle of fuel injection and the diameter of injection nozzle are helpful to reduce the emissions of HCHO, but adding the injection pressure can greatly increase the emissions of HCHO.
