摘要
目的探讨茎突综合征的病因。方法随机抽取茎突综合征CR数字X线照片30张(60侧茎突),对茎突骨质长度和韧带的显影情况进行分析。结果30例CR数字X线照片60侧茎突,其中17例28侧茎突偏长大于或等于28mm,有15侧茎突韧带显示钙化,13例26侧茎突小于28mm,22侧茎突显示韧带钙化,总钙化率为61.67%。结论CR数字X线照片能很好地显示茎突韧带钙化的情况,佐证了韧带钙化是茎突综合征的病因之一。同时能显著地提高茎突综合征的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the etiological factor of styloid process syndrome. Methods We randomly took CR digital X-films of 30cases(60 styloid processes)of styloid process syndrome and reviewed the images of the bone length of the styloid process and the calcification of its ligaments. Results 17cases (28 styloid processes) with elongated styloid process (≥ 28mm) had calcified ligaments in. 15 styloid processes. 13 cases(26 styliod processes)without elongated styloid proeess(〈28mm)showed calcified ligaments in 22 styloid processes. The total rate of calcification was 61.67%. Conclusion CR digital X-film could show the calcification of the ligaments apparently, and provide the evidences for the ligament caleification as one pathologic factor of styloid process syndrome. It eventually rise the diagnosis rate of styloid process syndrome.
