河口水及藻类对三丁基锡的降解作用 被引量:10

摘要 研究了海河河口水在不同条件下对三丁基锡(TBT)的降解作用。不同条件下TBT的降解半衰期为5.7天~84.5天。提高温度、光照和加入营养盐和腐殖酸均加快TBT的降解,说明TBT的降解与生物作用有关。为此,进一步研究了两种藻——淡水斜生栅藻(Scenedesmusobliquus)和生于河口地区的扁藻(Platymonassp.)及藻液中细菌群落对TBT的降解作用。结果表明,光降解是微乎其微的。细菌群落对TBT有一定的降解作用,栅藻、扁藻中的细菌群落对TBT降解半衰期分别为54.3天和20.2天。藻类对TBT的降解速度比细菌快很多,是TBT降解的主要因素,栅藻、扁藻对TBT降解半衰期分别为5.2天和1.7天。 The degradation effects of tributyltin (TBT)by estuarine water under various conditions were studied,the half time of TBT in estuarine water being 5 7~84 5 day.Increase of temperature and sunlight as well as addition of nutrient salt and humic acid enhanced the degradation of TBT.This indicates that biological effect is the main cause of TBT degradation.To confirm this,the degradation of TBT by freshwater algae Scenedesmus obliquus and estuarine algae platymonas sp .as well as the bacteria community in the algae culture were further studied.Results showed that photodegradation of TBT was very slow.The bacteria can degradate TBT to certain extent.The half time of TBT was 54 3 day for the bacteria in S.obliquus culture and 20 2 day for that in platymonas sp.. However,the degradation of TBT by the algae cell was much faster,being the main cause of TBT degradation .The TBT half time was 5 2 day for S.obliquus and 1 7 day for Platymonas sp..
