摘要 运用重金属逐级提取法,采用人工半合成方法,对温度变化时长江南京段沉积物中铜、镉形态对鲤鱼和螺蛳的生物可给性进行了研究。结果表明,由于生活习性不同,鲤鱼和螺蛳富集铜、镉受温度变化的影响不同。温度升高时,主要在水体底层活动的鲤鱼富集铜、镉的能力明显增加;作为底栖生物的螺蛳的富集能力不随温度增加而变化。 The Cu and Cd contens of each speciation in the sediment of Nanjing section of the Changjiang River were determined with the sequential extraction procedure.With temperature changed,the accumulation tests of Cu and Cd in carp and snail have been studied in vitro using waters containing semisynthetic sediment samples,in which different contents of various metal in sediment have been extended.The results showed that the influences of temperature changing on accumulation of Cu and Cd in carp and snails were different because of their different.living habits.When temperature increased,the accumulation ability of carp to Cu and Cd increased significantly,while that of snail did not chnge obviously.
