摘要
分析了我军装备维修能力建设中的一些机制性问题，针对这些问题，提出了以军工集团为基础的军队装备维修兵员专业对口兵役制度，并分析了其对解决现存问题的作用。最后，对这一制度的制定和实行提出了几点措施建议。
The paper analyzes some problems of system in the course of equipment maintenance ability construction. Aiming at these problems, the paper puts forward military service system what corresponds specialty of arm equipment maintenance soldier based on war industry group, and analyzes function solving present problems. Finally, the paper puts forward several advices establishing and implementing the system.
