摘要
软饮料实验是食品科学与工程专业的重要实验课程。介绍了水处理、碳酸饮料和果汁饮料中试生产线的设计,改善了本科生实验、实习条件。
The experiment of softdrinkgs was important course of food science and technology. The design of pilot-scale product Line of water processing, carbonated drinks and ade was introduced, which improved the condition of experiment and practice of students.
