摘要
采用热休克法和冷休克法分别对胚胎处于第1极体、第2极体外排期、膜内无节幼体期及膜内蚤状幼体期的三疣梭子蟹亲蟹处理后进行室外水泥池育苗,幼体发育至Ⅲ期仔蟹(CⅢ)时每池随机取样3次,每次取样200只,在解剖镜下辨别雌、雄生殖孔的位置来确定雌性比例。结果显示,膜内无节幼体期热、冷休克处理和膜内蚤状幼体期热、冷休克处理的亲蟹成活率分别为80%、60%、80%和100%,幼体雌性比例分别为(57±0.5)%、(64±0.5)%、(56.5±0.5)%和(65±0.5)%。
Studies on feminization breeding of Portunus trituberculatus were carried out using heat chock and cold shock. Heat shock(39.0-40.5℃,15min, 10.02mg/L, 31.0) and cold shock (3.5-4.5℃, lmin, 9.73 mg/L, 30.0) were applied to the crab ova twice(30-50min and 1-1.5h) after fertilization. Nauplius in membrane and zoea in membrane were also treated with heat and cold shock. After that, the crabs were bred in the outdoor concrete ponds. 200 larvae were sampled randomly from each ponds for three times, then the larvae were observed through stereoscope at the stage of CⅢ,and the female rate was calculated. The results were: the survival rate of the heat and cold shocked crabs (nauplius in membrane and Zoea in membrane) was 87%,80%,80% and 100G,respectively, while the female larval rate was (57±0.5%) ,(64±0.5%),(65±0.5%) and (65±0.5%),respectively.
