摘要
近年来,在东部产业转移的新形势下,广西北部湾经济区招商引资工作尚未取得产业集群的发展绩效,主要原因是存在政策支持、高级资源、投资环境等方面的缺失。为此,广西北部湾经济区招商引资工作需要营造产业集群新格局,具体对策有:科学规划和布局,引导专业化分工,延长产业链;实施人才虹吸战略,增强产业集群发展后劲;加强软硬环境建设,营造产业集群发展环境等几个方面。
