摘要
激光跟踪测量系统由于具有测量范围大、精度高、可进行现场测量等优点,被广泛应用于飞机、汽车、机械制造等领域。本文介绍了激光跟踪测量系统的组成及其工作原理,制定了激光跟踪测量系统检测大型机床的方法。测量实例结果显示,激光跟踪测量系统能够精确、高效地对机床进行检测,指导工人对机床进行维护和修正。
Laser tracker is applied in the field of plane, automobile and mechanical manufacturing, etc. because of the advantages such as large measurement range, high accuracy, on-site measurement and so on. Firstly, the composition and the principle of laser tracker are introduced. Then the measuring method is described detailed. The measuring result shows using of laser tracker can cheek machining tool precisely and high efficiently and guide the workers to maintain and modify machine tools.
