摘要
在如何构造、检验和修正判断矩阵的一致性问题以及计算判断矩阵各要素的权重方面,目前已提出的处理方法的主要问题是主观性强,修正标准对判断矩阵而言不能保证是最优的或只对判断矩阵的个别元素进行修正。针对这一问题,提出了基于遗传算法的模糊综合评价新模型,即用标准遗传算法检验、修正判断矩阵的一致性和计算判断矩阵各要素的权重。研究中建立了科技人才创新能力评价指标体系,并采用实际数据,应用新模型对此指标体系进行了实例分析。分析结果表明,本方法合理且有效。
The main problem suggested at present for the treatment method is ot strong subjectivity m me aspect of how to construct, test and revise the consistency of judgement matrix and how to calculate each element weight in judgement matrix. As far as the revision criteria to judgement matrix is concerned, it can not guarantee the optimization or can only revise the individual element in judgement matrix. With an aim at this problem, this paper suggests a novel model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on genetic algorithm, that is,to use the standard genetic algorithm to test and revise the consistency of judgement matrix and to calculate each element weight in judgement matrix. Also, the evaluation index system for sci-tech talent innovative capability is established in research; and an analysis is made of the index system using the real data and this new model. The analytical results indicate that this method is rational and effective.
