摘要 采用自制超临界CO2无水染色装置,对纯棉织物进行了分散染料染色实验.结果确认,纯棉织物经低温等离子体改性和多元羧酸整理后具有较好的染色效果,在24 MPa、100℃条件下,耐摩擦牢度和水洗牢度达到了4级,上染率达到86%,且具有良好的匀染性. The supercritical CO2 dyeing by disperse dye on pure cotton fabrics is studied. The modifying of fabrics with low temperature plasma and polybasic carboxylic acid and the dyeing process which primarily influenced dyeing results are analyzed. The optimum dyeing parameters are: the pressure is 24 MPa, the temperature 100 ℃. After being dyed, its fastness to crocking and washing can reach grade 4, and the rate of dye-uptake can be 86 %.
