摘要
简要介绍由本实验室发展起来的内耦合萃反交替分离法在反应槽结构改进与扩大方面的研究进展。实验结果表明:对于浓度低于1g/L的稀土La3+溶液,改进型反应槽在有机相贮量上较原型反应槽降低了1个数量级;扩大后的单元设备处理能力可达250L/h,约为原型反应槽的50倍;稀土提取率可保持在99%以上。
Inner coupling extraction stripping process developed by our laboratory is a novel chemical separation method .The latest research advance in improvement and scaling up of separator is introduced. The improved separator can make a ten times reduction in organic phase dosage as compared with the previous one due to elimination of organic phase backmixing and widening of transportation channel between extraction side and stripping side for organic phase. The improved separator can be easily scaled up to a treatment capacity of 250 L/h with over 99% extraction rate from an aqueous feed solution containing less than 1 g/L of La 3+ .
