摘要
负间隙精密冲裁是一个复杂的力学过程,涉及弹性变形、塑性变形、损伤软化和韧性断裂等现象。本文使用DEFORM-2D软件对AISI-1045钢进行了弹塑性大变形有限元数值模拟,将McClintock断裂准则应用于负间隙精冲韧性断裂的预测中,预测了材料变形过程中的静水应力、等效应力和等效应变的分布以及发展趋势。并依据仿真条件和模拟结果分析,通过实验的方法获得了不同负间隙下的无毛刺冲裁件。
Fine-blanking with negative clearance is a complex mechanics process, it relates to the phenomena of elastic deformation, plastic deformation, damnification inteneratation, ductile fracture and so on. By using DEFORM-2D software and McClintock ductile fracture criteria, the process simulation for AISI-1045 steel was done with large deformation elasto-plastic FEM. The distributions and developing trends of static hydraulic pressure, equivalent stress, and equivalent strain were predicted. According to the analysis of the simulative conditions and the simulative results, the no burr specimens with the different negative clearances were obtained by the way of experiment.
