摘要
运用确定性R6和概率性R6评定方法对含轴向内、外表面裂纹的钛管进行了结构完整性评定,并对上述两种评定方法的评定结果作了比较.评定结果表明,被评钛管可以在服役工况下安全使用.同时为改善钛管的结构完整性提出了相应的技术方案.
y using both deterministic and probabilistic R6 methods,this paper performed an assessment for a flawed titanium tube,which contains longitudinallyoriented internaland externalsurface cracks.The assessment results are evaluated with respect to the methods used in assessment.According to those assessment results,the assessed titanium tube still had the required capacity to fulfill its commission although with the stated defects.In order to further improve the integrity status of the titanium tube,some procedures have been proposed.
