摘要
目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤对大鼠实验性心肌缺血的治疗作用。方法:采用冰水游泳结合注射垂体后叶素的方法,建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察各给药组注射垂体后叶素后不同时间点Ⅱ导联心电图T波变化以及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、大鼠血栓素B2(TXB2)和大鼠6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)的变化。结果:黄芪桂枝五物汤能明显对抗垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血的心电图变化,降低血清LDH、CK的活性和TXB2的含量,提高6-Keto-PGF1α含量。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤对实验性心肌缺血有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic action of Huangqin Guizhi Wuwu Tang (HGWWT)on experimental myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods :The myocardial infarction models were established by integration of swimming in ice water and injection of pituitrin in rats. It was to observe T-wave alternation of Ⅱ lead in ECG at different time spots after pituitrin injection,as well as the changes in LDH,CK,TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α. Results:HGWWT resisted ECG alternation apparently in acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin,redueed LDH and CK activity and the content of TXβ2,and increased 6-Keto-PGF1α, content. Conclusion:Huangqin Guizhi Wuwu Tang has a certain therapeutic effects on experimental myocardial ischemia.
