摘要
目的加强饮食管理,满足精神病患者营养需求。方法应用饮食异常登记本对饮食异常精神病患者的饮食进行管理,详细登记饮食情况,严格交接班,把饮食管理列入护理质量考核内容。结果饮食异常登记本的应用,加强了饮食异常精神病患者的饮食管理,患者营养失调发生率由4.69%下降到0.48%,患者满意度由90.00%上升到96.74%。结论饮食异常登记本的应用,保证了饮食异常精神病患者的营养供给,促进了患者康复。
Objective To strengthen diet management for patients with mental disorders and meet their nutritional needs. Method The "abnormal diet records" was designed and applied in the diet management for patients with eating disorders to record the patients' diet with strict handover regulations, which was included in the examination of quality control. Results The application of "abnormal diet reconds" strengthened the diet management for patients with eating disorders. The incidence rate of malnutrition was decreased from 4.69% to 0.48% and the patients' satisfaction was increased frmn 90.00% to 96.74%. Conclusion The application of abnormal diet records can ensure the nutritional supply for the patients with eating disorders and contribute to their recovery.
